CONCEPT

Design of the Mahatma Mandir Convention cum Exhibition Centre has been inspired from and reflects the life and philosophy of the Father of the Nation- Mahatma Gandhi; reflecting the prosperity of Gujarat.

LOCATION

Mahatma Mandir is being developed in an area of around 34 Acres, in the Central Vista of Gandhi Nagar, directly in front of the assembly complex. Located at 20 kms. from Ahmedabad international airport and approx. 30 kms. from Ahmedabad Railway station, Mahatma Mandir is well connected with National Highway to Delhi, Mumbai etc.

THE CONVENTION CENTER AND EXHIBITION HALLS

The Convention Center and Exhibition Halls are designed to meet with the requirements for organizing Global Meets, Conventions, seminars, conferences, exhibitions of both national and international level with the state of art facilities.

Convention Center has column free air conditioned halls, suitable for organising conference with huge seating capacities in various styles. In the theater style seating arrangements, the Main Hall has seating capacity of 5000 persons.

There are large numbers of hotels suitable to all budgets both in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. Transportation facilities viz. taxi, autorikshaw, and public transportation - are easily available from various parts of Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
